2019 SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
These are the significant developments in our community in 2019 which were spearheaded and accomplished by the RHAI Board of Directors, with the full support and cooperation of whole Remmanville community
RHAI Ownership of Dominic Savio St. (now Remmanville Drive)
To assert RHAI’s right to regulate passing thru at Dominic Savio St. (now Remmanville Drive), a Public Consultation Meeting was called by RHAI among the neighboring HOA’s in the area, Bgy. Don Bosco, Immaculate Heart of Mary College and the Paranaque City Hall. This was conducted at Mary Help of Christian Parish on 17 October 2019

One of the main reasons behind regulating our territorial jurisdiction along D. Savio St. (now Remmanville Drive) is the unbearable heavy traffic at IHMC
Restoration of Alley Between Immaculate St. and Grace St
This alley before was unpassable due to heavy banana trees and other trees that has grown wildly and out-of-control. As such, this area was often used for illegal activities, like drug sessions, drinking, etc. For the safety and security of the Homeowners, this area was cleared of all banana trees and other trees that have grown wildly and restored. Now, this alley is fully restored, a very safe passage!

Children Activities
For the enjoyment and amusement of our children, two (2) children activities were organized and implemented – Easter Egg Hunting and Halloween Trick or Treat! Another successful events (thanks to the HO’s who volunteered to Organize & Plan these events) which made our children LAUGHED AND SMILED!!! A thing money can’t buy!!!

Installation of Humps Going Towards Malacanang Dulo
For the safety of motorists and pedestrian, humps were installed at Remmanville Drive cor. Nery St. (going towards Malacanang Dulo), to force vehicles and tricycles to slow down at the said intersection.

Repair of Open (damaged) Man Hole along Grace St.
To prevent any untoward incidents, specially for the pedestrians, a damaged (open) man hole at Grace St. was repaired.

Court’s Decisions on RHAI Dispute with Immaculate Heart of Mary College (IHMC)
In asserting our Rights over our Ownership of Dominic Savio St. (now Remmanvlle Drive), the sisters of IHMC challenged us and filed cases against RHAI and its Directors/Officers. All the cases filed by the sisters of IHMC were DISMISSED in favor of RHAI, from Court of Appeal up to the Supreme Court.

Solicitation and Donations
To augment and/or complete our requirements for the RHAI Office and for the Community, we solicited from our kind and generous Paranaque City Counselors chairs (mono block) and wheel chair, which they happily gave us.

Community Security and Safety
Due to the alertness and improved efficiency and effectiveness of our Gate Security Guards, some significant accomplishments were achieved (2019-2020):
A “Car Napper” was apprehended/caught at Amanda Building
“Akyat Bahay” were apprehended/caught inside our Village
“An individual” who knocks at the doors inside the village every Friday, asking for money, was apprehended/caught.
“A secret access gate” through Green Heights was closed and sealed (cemented)
Construction of a Barracks for the Security Personnel of the Community inside the village
“An expatriate” who mistakenly entered the Village during a hot pursuit by the Skyway Patrol, causing injuries and damages to property, was properly identified. He was reported to the Barangay and Paranaque Police Dept. and appropriate case was filed against him
Demolishing the Mini-Drug Den inside RHAI
Removal of the “illegal parking” along Remmanville Drive
The two (2) houses rented by two (2) persons and used as their Drug Hideout was reported to the Paranaque Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU)
Installation of Security Controls strategic locations, for the full regulations of Remmanville Drive
