2022 SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
We are very proud to present the significant developments in our Remmanville Community under the leadership of the RHAI Board of Directors. These projects were spearheaded and accomplished by the RHAI Board of Directors, with the full support and cooperation of the RHAI HO’s and Members.
REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF RUN-OFF DRAINAGE
Some, if not all of our Run-off Drainages are clogged and defective. This has been causing floods on our streets, and in some areas, flooding inside residential houses, every time it rains. To minimize this problem, after the pandemic, your RHAI Board approved the Run-off Drainage Repair and Restoration Project which commenced on September 2022. REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF COLLAPSED BALOK-BALOK CREEK RETAINING WALL (PURITY ST.)
Sometimes last week of October 2022, the retaining wall along Balok-Balok Creek collapsed, right behind the house that was under construction on Purity St. The damage was around 100 m. long which extended up to the neighboring Green Heights Subdivision. As this posed an imminent threat of landslide which may erode the house under construction, your RHAI Board immediately set a meeting with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and requested for the IMMEDIATE repair and restoration of the damaged/collapsed retaining wall. Thanks to the fast
and responsive action of DPWH. The repair and restoration works started on 30 October 2022. Please refer to the attached pictures.

CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
For the benefits and for the enjoyment of our children, the RHAI Board approved a major uplift of the RHAI Children’s Playground. With the help of the Beautification Group and with the donations given by many HO’s, we have now a much improved Children’s Playground, more conducive for our children to play, relax and have fun.

SECURITY MATTER – THEFT INCIDENT
I was very unfortunate that after almost five (5) years, a theft incident occurred in our village last 06 Jun 2022. After many sleepless nights of surveillance and monitoring, with the combined efforts of our own Security Team and the Parañaque Phil. National Police (PNP), the robber who has been victimizing some Remmanville HO’s was apprehended on 23 Jun 2022. Sincere appreciation to Mr. Richard Acoymo, Security Committee Head, for the many sleepless nights he devoted to monitor the movements of the intruder, to the HO’s who willingly shared with us their CCTV video footages that helped identify the robber.
