2023 SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
We are very proud to present the significant developments in our Remmanville Community under the leadership of the RHAI Board of Directors. These projects were spearheaded and accomplished by the RHAI Board of Directors, with the full support and cooperation of the RHAI HO’s and Members.
RHAI MINI PARK (NEAR THE RHAI OFFICE)
The open space near the RHAI Office is very shady and breezy due to the various big, old trees planted in the area. During the pandemic years (2020-2021), the Board had utilized the area for its Meetings to comply with the required “social distancing”. The Board then saw the potential of the area as a perfect and ideal place for various HO’s activities like walking, strolling with pets, casual meetings (chillax) with friends, having coffee after a health early morning walk or just simply sit down and relax, etc., which is beneficial to everyone. The place, however, is currently unutilized and unproductive. Sayang!
In view of the above, during the 03 December 2022 RHAI Special Board Meeting, Mr. Edwin Concepcion and Mr. Ed Mojado, formally presented to the RHAI Board the plans to develop and convert the Open space near the RHAI Office into a Mini Park, for the benefits of all the Remmanville Homeowners. It was then the consensus of the Board to proceed with the proposed development of the Open Space near the RHAI Office to convert this into a Mini Park. As such, Board Resolution No. BR-RHAI-17/19-176 was approved for this purpose.
Now, RHAI has now a beautiful and functional Mini Park for the use and for the benefits of all RHAI HO’s /Members. Please refer to the attached pictures:

LEVELLING/FLATTENING OF THE OPEN SPACE IN FRON OF THE RHAI CLUB HOUSE
The open space in front of the RHAI Club House was once a “waste space” which nobody dared to go near it because of wild and tall grasses (talahiban) where snakes tribe. During the 03 December 2022 RHAI Special Board Meeting, Mr. Edwin Concepcion and Mr. Ed Mojado, presented to the RHAI Board, the plans to develop and improve the open space in front of the New RHAI Club House to make it “productive” for the benefits of the HO’s / Members, which include the following:
1. Level off the whole area and have the the ground level lower that the Ground Floor level of the RHAI Club House;
2. Cement some portion of the open space to be utilized as Parking Space for Rent,
3. Illuminate the perimeter wall in the area for safety and security, and
4. To relocate the security barracks behind the New RHAI Club House to further secure the Club House and the Parking for Rent area.
As this was for the benefits of the RHAI Community, it was then the consensus of the Board to proceed with the proposed development and improvement of the Open Space in front of the New RHAI Club House as mentioned above. As such, Board Resolution No. BR-RHAI-17/19-178 was approved for this purpose.
On 23 Jan 2023, works started to clear and level off the grounds in front of the New RHAI Clubhouse. Now, we have a flat, clean and “productive area” which we are now using as Parking Space for Rent. Please refer to the attached pictures.

ROAD REPAIR - NERY ST. GATE
For safety and to avoid any inconvenience to all motorists passing through the gate at Nery St., the RHAI Board took corrective action to repair immediately the damaged road portion at Nery St., near the gate.

E-TRIKE AWARDED TO RHAI
On 15 Nov 2023, Mayor Eric L. Olivarez formally turned-over to RHAI its own E-trike. A simple turn-over ceremony was held at the newly finished RHAI Mini Park. We now have an E-TRIKE which the RHAI Board has decided to be used for the following functions only:
A. For Security Activities
B. For Emergency Activities
C. For RHAI official activities

RHAI 2023 CHRISTMAS PARTY
FIVE (5) YEARS SINCE THE LAST RHAI CHRISTMAS PARTY, RHAI HAD THE VERY FIRST CHRISTMAS PARTY (AFTER THE PANDEMIC) LAST 29 DEC 2023, WHICH WAS HELD THE RHAI MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING. IT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!! MORE THAN (200) RHAI HOMEOWNERS AND GUESTS ATTENDED THE EVENT. AGAIN, OUR SINCEREST APPRECIATION TO THE “RHAI ZUMBA LADIES” WHO PLANNED, ORGANIZED AND MADE THE EVENT A REALITY (IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!). THANK YOU ALSO TO OUR MAYOR (MAYOR ERIC OLIVAREZ), OUR COUNCILORS, OUR KAGAWADS AND SOME HOMEOWNERS WHO GENEROUSLY MADE DONATIONS FOR OUR RAFFLES AND PRIZES. LAST, BUT NOT THE LEAST, OUR SINCEREST APPRECIATION TO ALL THE RHAI HOMEOWNERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ATTENDED THE RHAI CHRISTMAS PARTY. YOUR PRESENCE GAVE MEANING AND MADE OUR CHRISTMAS PARTY A SUCCESS!! TO THE OTHER HOMEOWNERS WHO WERE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, WE MISSED YOU DURING OUR MERRIMENT.
