                                              DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPEN SPACE IN FRONT OF THE NEW RHAI

                                                      CLUBHOUSE (BOARD RESOLUTION #BR-RHAI-17/19-178)

During the 03 December 2022 RHAI Special Board Meeting, Mr. Edwin Concepcion and Mr. Ed Mojado, presented to the RHAI Board, among other things, the plans to develop and improve the open space in front of the New RHAI Club House, which include the following:

 

  1. Level off the whole area to make the ground level lower that the Ground Floor level,

  2. Cement some portion of the open space to be utilized as Parking Space for Rent,

  3. Illuminate the perimeter wall in the area for safety and security, and

  4. To relocate the security barracks behind the New RHAI Club House to further secure the Club House and the Parking for Rent area.

 

After lengthy deliberation and discussions, it was the consensus of the Board to proceed with the proposed development and improvement of the Open Space in front of the New RHAI Club House as mentioned above. As such, Board Resolution No. BR-RHAI-17/19-178 was approved for this purpose.

 

Starting, 23 Jan 2023, works have already started to level off the grounds in front of the New RHAI Clubhouse. We expect to finish this Project within 1st Quarter 2023. By utilizing the area as Parking Space for Rent, we expect to decongest our streets from parked cars.

PROJECT #2023-001:    DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPEN SPACE IN FRONT OF THE NEW RHAI CLUBHOUSE

PROJECT #2023-002:    DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPEN SPACE NEAR RHAI OFFICE AS MINI-PARK

AFTER ALMOST TWO (2) MONTHS OF LABOURS, WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO UPDATE EVERYONE ON THE PROGRESS OF WORKS ON THE AFOREMENTIONED PROJECTS BEING UNDERTAKEN BY YOUR RHAI BOARD. DESPITE OF THE LIMITED BUDGET, YOUR BOARD IS DOING ITS BEST TO MEET THE DEADLINE WE HAVE SET. AT THIS POINT, WE WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR SINCEREST GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO ONE OF OUR HOMEOWNERS, MR. BOBBY RIVERA, FOR UNSELFISHLY ALLOWING HIS HEAVY EQUIPMENT (BULLDOSER, BUCKHOE, CEMENT MIXER, ETC.) TO BE USED, FREE OF CHARGE, IN THE ON-GOING GROUND LEVELING WORKS AND IMPROVEMENT OF OUR OPEN SPACES. MARAMING SALAMAT PO MR. BOBBY RIVERA.

 

THE FENCE ENCLOSURE OF THE MINI-PARK NEAR THE RHAI OFFICE IS ALMOST COMPLETE. THIS FENCE WILL BE EXTENDED UP TO THE NEW CLUBHOUSE AND CHAPEL AREAS. THIS WAS PRIORITIZE TO PREVENT ANY ACCIDENTAL FALL FROM THE ELEVATED GROUND. FOR REFERENCE, WE HAVE ATTACHED SOME PICTURES OF THE WORKS DONE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP YOU POSTED ON THE DEVELOPMENTS OF THESE PROJECTS. AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDINGS.
